Without being caught by traditional Kyoto confectionery, we are trying to combine materials with trial and error in mind that it is friendly and Oishii (delicious) in mind. In order to adapt to the taste of modern people we are steadily taking in dairy products, chocolate, fruits and so on and we hope to create innovative Kyoto confectionery.
